On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online

and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient’s address. In this

circumstance, the types of personal information collected are: name, Address, Phone, etc.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We

do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent

Return Information

If a return needs to be made for any reason, you must first call for an authorization number before any returns will be accepted.  Once a return is authorized, please include a copy of your sales receipt with the returned product.   No returns on any special ordered items.  No cash refunds.

Returns will Not be accepted without prior authorization.

All returned merchandise must be in new and uninstalled condition and must be returned in its original intact packaging.  Items which are skin-packed may not be returned if they have been removed from their packaging.  All returns are subject to inspection before replacement or refund is issued.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  Accepted returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Warranties

No warranties on any materials and/or products supplied by the customer.

 Killer Ridez, Inc. and/or anyone associated with Killer Ridez Inc. will not be responsible for damaged caused by self-installations of any air components, acts of God and/or any damage to any person’s vehicle. 

All air products are for show and off-road purposes only and are NOT D.O.T. approved. 

Killer Ridez expressly disclaims and denies all claims of any warranties either implied or expressed, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular use of purpose of manufacturer warranty.  Killer Ridez Inc. assumes no responsibility, nor allows any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale or marketing of any item or items
