Incidentally, the body mold comprises large sections which are
bolted together and mounted
on a rotisserie so that the body can be hand laid in one piece. This
results in an extremely strong,
one piece integrated structure that resists flexing. The body is
then cured to
prevent warping and subsequent movement under the paint. Post curing
also removes those
unpleasant fiberglass odors. All of the parts: dash, fenders,
running boards, decklid,
doors, etc are likewise hand laid before being post cured. Skilled
technicians transform raw
materials into the finest street rods available. Every part that
leaves our plant is inspected
twice before shipment to guarantee the customer the best quality
possible.
